IMPACT OF COVID-19, a talk by Dr. Anupam Srivastava from Ministry of AYUSH
Dr. Srivastava is the Director of the National Academy of Ayurveda (RAV), Ministry of AYUSH.

In this talk, Dr. Srivastava will discuss the socio-economic and psychological impact of COVID-19 on primary, secondary and tertiary sectors of the economy. This will be followed by an interactive Q&A session with our founder, Akshi Khandelwal.

About Dr. Srivastava: Dr. Anupam Srivastava is the Director of the National Academy of Ayurveda (Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth), Ministry of AYUSH. He specialises in Ayurvedic Medicine & Ras Shastra (Ayurvedic Pharmaceutics). His field of expertise lies in Ayush Drug Regulations, Commerce and Patents. He also has extensive clinical and drug research experience, and has made a huge contribution towards the Ministry of AYUSH.

During his more than 28 years of experience, he has been the Co-Principal Investigator in an SOP project with the Government of India at CRIA, Kolkata, and a notified expert to audit premises for WHO GMP certification for manufacturing of ASU (Ayurveda, Siddha & Unani) drugs and AYUSH products. He has written many national and international papers, drafted good clinical practices and guidelines for ASU Drugs, and assisted in drafting the “Essential Drug List for Ayurveda.” Dr. Srivastava has represented the Ministry of AYUSH as a technical expert in conferences all over the world including the United States of America, Brazil, South Korea, Belgium and Germany, and as an expert on ASU Drug Regulations in Malaysia.
